Project overview

Rejuvené is a multi-location dermatology and med spa practice led by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Kafele T. Hodari. Discovery centered on a core tension: the site had to serve two audiences at once, medical dermatology patients who need clinical authority, and cosmetic clients drawn in by aspirational, lifestyle-driven design. The goal was a UI that felt premium without losing the credibility a board-certified practice depends on.

Challenges

The hardest problem was tone. Skin cancer screenings and biopsies sit on the same site as injectables and laser facials, and any drift toward spa marketing risks undermining the medicine behind it. Lean too clinical, and the cosmetic side feels cold. We also had to architect for breadth: dozens of procedures, multiple providers, four offices, and an e-commerce line, without burying the two actions that matter most, booking and shopping.

Results

The final platform delivers a calm, confident environment built on a soft palette of blush, slate, and warm neutrals, anchored by a refined serif wordmark. Trust signals surface early: credentials, real patient before-and-afters, and provider bios are never more than a tap away. Procedure pages follow a consistent rhythm so users always know what they are looking at, and the multi-location structure lets patients self-route to the nearest office in a click. The result is a site that holds its dual identity with steadiness, clinical enough to trust with your skin, warm enough to want to walk in the door.
