Las Vegas Plastic Surgery is a leading cosmetic surgery practice built around trusted care, natural results, and more than 20 years of expertise.
Project overview
Las Vegas Plastic Surgery needed a digital experience that could communicate expertise while making a large range of cosmetic procedures easy to understand. As lead UX designer, I shaped the information architecture and user experience around patients researching breast, body, facial, and nonsurgical treatments. More than 25 procedures had to feel comprehensive without becoming overwhelming, while credentials, patient reviews, and real results needed to establish trust early. The WordPress experience combines clear navigation, content strategy, and conversion-focused UX to move patients confidently from initial research toward a consultation.
Challenges
The core challenge was balancing depth with reassurance. Patients could arrive knowing exactly which procedure they wanted or still exploring their options, so the experience needed to support both journeys without becoming clinical or overwhelming. I structured the procedure architecture around clear categories and intuitive pathways while keeping Dr. Roth’s expertise visible throughout. Trust was equally important, with double board certification, a 4.9 rating from 250-plus reviews, and real before-and-after results positioned throughout key decision points rather than buried on secondary pages.

Results
The finished experience gives Las Vegas Plastic Surgery a polished digital presence built to turn patient research into action. The redesigned experience helped increase consultation conversions by 28%, turning clearer navigation, stronger trust signals, and a lower-friction patient journey into measurable growth.. Credentials, 250-plus patient reviews, and before-and-after results reinforce confidence throughout the journey, while the streamlined mobile experience reduces friction for patients researching on their phones. The result is a site that does more than present the practice; it actively moves high-intent visitors toward booked consultations.
